In 2021, our story began with a 30-capacity cocktail bar and a clear ambition: to build a hospitality business that puts people and great experiences at its heart.
Today, OV-Group has grown into a nine-venue business spanning multiple hospitality concepts, with a multimillion-pound turnover.
That growth brings greater responsibility, complexity and opportunity—and having the right people leading our operations is essential to our next chapter.
Steph’s promotion recognises her hard work, commitment and contribution to the business. In her new role, she will help support our teams, strengthen day-to-day operations and maintain consistent standards across OV-Inns & Taverns.
